I suddenly found myself sitting in front of Tukumbini.
He continued to stare and I did the same.

That was all he said before bright purple bolts flashed through
me. The warm, tingling
sensation became hot and painful, as though I was thrown into a power
generator. He was killing
me. I could not thank him
enough. I could not thank
him at all. I was too
busy dying or so I thought. Suddenly
the pleasure of the pain was gone.
I was disappointed when I realized that I remained in this
pitiful, temporal existence. Tukumbini’s
empty body laid motionless. He
was the lucky man. I
watched the glow of his essence dissipate into the Infinite.
